Can you let me know why the configuration of Windows live account is unstable in term of two different language and two different regions?

I have seen this tread which it is close -> Windows 11 unwanted language constantly appears - Microsoft Community for device configuration, when I access to my acount in Ireland the language does not change to English, this remains in Spanish in the irish google browser domain.Only Edge acepts the changes and custom configuration, but eventually change all my device to spanish or English unarbitray.
