Can you help me change my laptop account details?

When I bought this laptop I used my work email and password to set it up, so now each time I log in I need to use works password and the account is under works email address too. How do I change this to my own email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and password without losing all my installed apps and settings?Thanks
