Can you advise me on how to get new CPU with WIN11 to recognize my external USB drive (Toshiba DTB410)?

I had a critical and unexpected motherboard failure. The new Dell CPU (Win 11) is not recognizing my USB Toshiba drive (model DTB 410) that holds some of my backup files. I am not finding anywhere on Toshiba site to download a driver, if that is even the issue. Any suggestions?
