Can we escalate a persistant issue with Windows 11 and AMD hardware that affects many users?

Hello, There is a bug or issue associated with AMD GPU (and maybe CPU) hardware and Windows 11. This has been persistant roughly since Windows 11 release. Symptoms/Troubleshooting: Screens Freeze, Peripheral input stops working, Sound continues to play through headset/speakers, PC Case LEDs reset to default colors after about 10 seconds.I use my pc for gaming and so this has generally occurred while gaming. Not specific to one game in particular.Have to hold power button or press reset button to restart PC.Please review the below links for previous forum posts that chronic
