Can´t sign in to windows. PIN cant be typed in

Hello. When i open computer it shows me that i can use fingerprint for sign in and then it asks for pin. But when i click on the symbol for pin it wont open the place to sign. I made new user but it is not admin and when i try to open something it asks for admin rigths and again i can use fingerprint and it shows that it recognizes me but cant accept it. There is only no button and it shut the window.I have tried to use different startup in safe mode etc but windows dont allow me to fill in pin I there any way to reset pin or disable pin without being admin.Anything i try to do windows asks fo
