Can´t Open Excel Documents under Windows 11 & Office 2019 + Visio 2019 x64

Hello Community, we have since this year some colleagues with a very specific error, which makes it quite interesting but at same time beacause of the lack of information, frustrating. Maybe you can Help? Our setup: Clients with Windows 11 (22621) in an Windows- Domain Installed Office 2019 x64 and Visio Standard x64 The Error Occurs after we installed Visio. When the User opens an Excel- File, the Application crashes, see a Screenshot of the Eventlog:No more Errors are Displayed. The Application does not respond / gives Feedback under the GUI, nothing. Excel just wont open. Something
