Can´t activate my windows in another computer (Reatail channel licence)

I have a digital licence for Windows 10 in my computer but its old and I can´t install Windows 11. So I bought a new one with windows 11 installed (not activated) but I can't activate it with my microsoft account.Every time I try activate with my account my new computer never shows up in the list of devices.I need help.
