Can someone please help me fix this .net runtime error 1023/1000

Hello, a program that I am using for my work keeps crashing on me, I was originally getting the BSOD every so often which I think I have fixed but now it is just the program that I am using that keeps failing on me due to a .net runtime error, (event ID 1023 and 1000) event ID 1023 exit code is 80131506.
