Can someone please fix this , my system .exe and system interrupts takes 30 to 40% of cpu , due to this my PC lags a lot.

Hey there, I have a problem in my PC , which is whenever I turn on my PC this system.exe and system interrupts takes almost 30 to 40% of my cpu, due to which my PC lags a lot.
