Can someone help me solve my laptop's problem?

yesterday i was using my laptop for 2-3 hours,it was still normal when i used it on 1-2 hours but after it my laptop has a horizontal lines appears on my screen its little visible but its still annoying and it change any font on my laptop little blurry and when i running chrome on my laptop first appereance a google logo and search engine on it is missing.can anyone help me solve this problem and why is it happen on my laptop?my laptop is lenovo loq15 irh8Thanks
