Can someone help me fix my Bluetooth issue on Windows 11?

When I connect my Bluetooth device to my laptop it says connected but it keeps rapidly switching between mic and audio and it doesn't work. The sound symbol at the bottom right of the taskbar switches between the muted symbol and the normal one when the device is connected. I've tried everything from updating the drivers to uninstalling and reinstalling the device, I even installed different drivers and still experienced the same problem. Can anyone provide some feedback?
