Can someone help me enable TPM 2.0 on ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4s mother board with AMD Ryzen 5 3600

I am trying to get my PC ready for Windows 11 and the PC Health Check app says I need to enable TPM 2.0. In the UEFI BIOS I have enabled "AMD fTPM", "Secure Boot" and disabled "CSM". I've also verified that my PC meets all the other specs required for Windows 11.
