Can Someone help me do a fresh install of windows on my HP Envy cdn330190x w/out loosing Internet, Trackpad, or to screen features?

Every time I try downloading a installing a fresh version of windows via Bootable USB I loose all Internet functionality, the use of my Trackpad, and the touchscreen features my HP envy 16 cdn330190x has!
