Can somebody help me with an issue related to D, Enter and Backspace Key not working ?

Dear All,In the last period of 3 months after several updates of the Windows 11, I had an issue related to D, Backspace and Enter. After I shut-down the pc and I start again I have from few seconds to few minutes the keys mentioned above are blocked. Even I pressed, nothing is changing and after few minutes start to works normally, without any issue. I really don't know what to do. I tried to let the pc into a service, to clean the keyboard, they did it, but seems there it's another issue. Please advise me further ! Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz Installed
