Can somebody help me fix my computer

Windows 11 update kept failing on my HP 14 stream so I went to the community and was told to delete the windows software distribution files which I did and now my computer will not start. I have no display on my laptop and I'm having to use HDMI cords to TV in order to view the laptop. Since deleting the files I can't even get my computer to show up on my TV so that I can navigate through things and try to get into recovery or safe mode or anything. I'm kind of stuck I need help please thank you in advance.
