Can somebody explain to me what is going on with my bank account?

So I got a fee charge from Microsoft Store Singapore after removing and adding a new VISA card. It charges me twice with the total amount of 68,000VND comes with two times 23,000VND & 11,000VND. I checked the payment history and saw nothing about the charge. Please tell me what is going on.
