Can sombody help me with this error code 0x8004def7

I tried all the ways of accessing my OneDrive but can't seem to. I did some research and the error code apparently means that my onedrive froze because I went beyond the storage limit. So on the website, I bought more storage for 1.99 a month but it still says I'm low on storage. How can that be? So, I tried every solution for one drive.
