Can only boot from secondary drive

Im having an issue when i can only boot from my secondary drive (disk 2) but my os is installed on my first drive (disk1).i olso have disk 0, disk 3 where i have al my games installed and on disk 2 i had my old os installed.is there a way to fix this and have my pc boot from disk 1 where my new os is installed so i can format my disk 2.
