Can not upgrade from home to 11 pro version through the Microsoft store

I have bought a windows 10 or 11 pro (i dont remembler, it was many years ago) through the Microsoft store (upgrade from home to pro) and i have reinstalled the windows and now when i open the store to upgrade the windows it suggest me to buy a new licence. what should i do to fix this error?
