The Network desktop icon was somehow renamed to a PDF file I had downloaded and since deleted. I can't rename the Network desktop icon - under "show more options" there is no option to rename. (there is an option to rename my computer, and other desktop icon folders. Only the Network system object is affected and can't be renamed). Also in file explorer the PDF name in question has replaced "Network." It can't be renamed there either. I've tried logging out and logging back in, windows updates, restarting, deleting certificates. Nothing (yet) has fixed it. I've tried finding the spot where
