Can not rename folder or file on the Desktop on first try.

Hello, I have a problem with a brand new Asus Zenbook Pro 14 UX6404 laptop running Windows 11 Pro 24H2. After starting Windows or even after restarting the Windows Explorer in Task Manager does not allow me to rename any type of file or folder on the desktop. When I right-click and select the rename icon from the top menu, nothing happens the first time. It only responds and works the second time. The keyboard shortcut Fn+F2 works for renaming on the first try. Other icons in the menu, such as cut, copy, and delete, work immediately.
