Can not reinstall Windows 11

I am running Windows 11 now. I am tring to reinstall Windows 11, when setup starts it says "This computer does not meet Minimum Requirements For Windows 11". My system is as follows:CPU-- Amd Ryzen 5 3600 6-coreMotherboard-- Gigabyte B550 Gaming Z V2Video Card--Evga Nvida Geforce GTX 1660M.2--SPCC M.2 PCIe SSD 240 32 gig2 of ramIt has been getting slower and slower and hung up once or twice. Was going try a fresh install and wipe everthing. But so far no luck, I am making post from same pc running 11 now. Just can not reinstall 11. Please help.
