Can not reinstall windows 11 after regular bsod critical process died errors over some weeks, how can I resolve?

I bought my first pc around 2 months ago. It's a asus prime b520m-k mobo, 4060 gpu, amd ryzen 5500 cpu, 2tb western digital m.2 ssd, 32gb ram crucial. The pc originally came with 16gb ram and 500gb adata legend ssd. I changed the ssd first to the one noted at the beginning. Since then I got the odd bsod critical process died screen. Every now and again it would go into a loop of critical process died on booting. Sometimes it was around 30 seconds to 1 minute after logging in.
