Can not Log in for no reason!

For no reason when I started my pc, when i tried to log in I got the notification that my user profile cant be found. I started the the pc in safe mode and all I get is this notification as you can see in the picture I uploaded.It's in german, unfortunately I cant change the language, I hope you guys can help me?
