Can not install Windows 11

I have installed Windows 10 in 2 hard disks in the same computer.Just installed Windows 11 in one of them, which is an old 3,5 hard disk and it is working ok. Then I tried to install windows in the second hard disk, which is a SSD SATA disk but it has been impossible.It's strange, since both disks are installed in the same computer, so it has the same configuration (processor, memory, etc.)Any help? Thanks in advance.
