can not install service pack 2

Every time I try to install service pack 2 it gets to NTEVT.DLL and it says
setup cannot find file anyone seen this before?

Macwolf...I had the same problem...I cant tell you how to fix it, but read
the posts below between me and Shehan and you will be able to complete your
task...it might take you 3 times, but you will get it......good luck...Aussie
