Can not find my pictures

[Windows Server]

i have windows 11 home and i transferred pictures from my S22 android phone. I checked after the transfer to make sure they were on my PC and they were. now I can not find them, I have clicked on pictures and I have looked through photo app. unless I missed something, I can not find any of my transferred pictures.what are some other things I can try so I can find my pictures? I miss the days where all you had to do was transfer and they showed up under pictures without jumping through hoops. I have never had this kind of trouble transferring pictures.
