Can not delete a keyboard layout.

I have three keyboard layouts: - English (United States) (Vietnamese) - English (United States) (US) - English (United Kingdom) (United Kingdom) Every a few minutes, the system automatically switches to the Vietnamese keyboard, and since I can't type numbers in 'English (United States) (Vietnamese)' layout, I would like to remove it. However, the two English (United States) layouts don't appear in the Language&Region and Keyboards settings. Could someone let me know how to remove the English (United States) (Vietnamese)' layout?Thank you in advance for any help.
