can not connect to blusound vault via network on windows 11 but on windows 10 it is fine and on a separate laptop

Hi,i have recently purchased a new windows 11 laptop and can not connect to my blusound vault via the network as i have done on my old laptop running windows 10.it may have something to do with permissions (not sure though) but when typing on explorer "\\192.168.1.142", which is the IP address of the blusound vault, an error message comes up with fault code 0x80004005.i can see my other network connections, ie router and printer no problemall windows updates have been installed, i've performed a scan using cdm sfc /scannow under the admin command which was didn't pick anything up.does anyone
