Can NetAdapterCx be used to develop CoNDIS minport equivalent drivers?

Basically as the title reads, I was reading about the WDF NetAdapter class extension. There doesn't seem to be a ton of information on it and the existing samples and information seem to focus around developing the equivalent to an connectionless NDIS minport driver, for example, for Ethernet. Can this also be used to develop CoNDIS [WAN] miniports, or is that not supported?
