can low temeperatures cause kernell power 41 error?

a week ago when starting my laptop it shut down a short time after, i hand to start it 2-3 times to finally use it, i've had this happen before(not this frequent, those times it only happened once) so i dont think its a power/battery issue, i'm suspicious of the weather since this began only now that temperatures dropped in my city like a week or two ago, also during the day my laptop works as usual, can't recall the temp the previous week, but today(the error happened again) the lowest was 5 degrees Celsius
