Can I use Windows 11 Pro License Key for my Windows 10 Pro PC?

We have these workstations in our offices that run on Windows 10 OS and we are planning to buy license for them. They are not eligible for Windows 11 upgrade because of the hardware. My question is, can we buy Windows 11 licenses to activate these Windows 10 - only workstations? Any answer is much appreciated. Thank you!
