Can I upgrade to tpm 2.0 with my Dell Latitude 7450?

hello! im using a dell latitude 7450 that i found out does not support windows 11, but it was already installed upon my purchase (from a japan reseller). Is it still possible to have tpm 2.0 on my device? I have checked the bios and there is tpm but its not 2.0, how do i go about this?
