Can I unlock a bitlocked hard disk using another computer

My laptop will shutdown or restart about 1 minute after I login to Windows. I want to remove the hard disk and go to my desktop computer to transfer out my files. However, the hard disk is bitlocked by my failed laptop. Can I use my desktop computer to unlock the bitlocked hard disk?
