Can i uninstall all powershell versions before 7?

Will some issue occurred if i uninstall all powershell before 7 then install powershell 7?Or install powershell 7 first then uninstall all other versions?If my own programs doesn't use any powershell configurations.I mean, does powershell before 7 is a dependence of windows internal components?Can I do it?This question both related to Windows 10 and 11, not only on Windows 10.Don't talk about permission issues such as TrustedInstaller, I have takeown and icacls, and I have RING0 drivers to delete file.
