Can I transfer windows to an already in use SSD without losing data?

I have my OS installed in a SSD, it started showing some problems, black screen and freezes, i want to transfer my OS to my better quality ssd, that i already use for storage, can i transfer my OS to this ssd without losing what is already installed on both?
