Can i Transfer, or not? (Win10 License Question)

A long, long, LONG time ago, my dad got me a dell XPS 8700 prefab that had windows 7 pro on it (OEM), and as the years went on, i took that promotional deal to upgrade to windows 10 for free. here in the now, i'm working on getting parts for a new PC build, and yes, i KNOW that OEM OS editions are locked to hardware, but i want confirmation either way. so here's two screenshots of ShowKeyPlus deets, and an output from "slmgr /dli"level with me: can i transfer my windows 10 license deets to my soon to be new computer, or will the windows 7 OEM marker essentially [REDACTED] me over and prevent m
