Can I switch from windows 11 Chinese edition to normal windows 11 home for free?

I may add that I bought my laptop from China because they had better deals, but after receiving it in a another country I realized everything is in Chinese and there was no way to change the language. My request is can I exchange or switch my Chinese edition windows 11 to normal windows 11 home?
