Can I speak to someone about recovering an email. I dont know enough details for the recovery form?

I have been locked out of my email address which I use only for EA Play. I keeptry to contact support but it keeps sending me to the recover email form but I don't know enough details about the account because I made it when I was younger and only use it for EA play.Is there a way to recover it other than that and if not can the account be closed and remove it from my xbox account as its stopping me playing games by EA.Or at the very least can I be informed of an email to contact as I cant seem to find a way to speak to anyone about it.
