Can I restore device details to my microsoft account?

Hi there,I had a laptop that died a few days ago. I pulled out the SSD storage have put it in a USB enclosure and am now trying to get my files off. While setting my new laptop (and before connected the old SSD) I deleted old 'device' (the dead computer) from my windows account, unaware that I would need it to obtain the BitLocker encryption details I'd need to access the files on my device. Is it possible to restore the 'device' record in my account? I'm on Windows 11 and both devices are ASUS laptops.Fingers crossed.
