Can I reinstall my windows 10 with the original key and usb?

I am moving my booting drive ( I will format this drive) to another PC and install windows 11 but I will keep this current PC for reasons ( I don't know yet where I'll put it). So my question is, can I install windows 10 with original usb and key again in this computer but without losing my data on the others drives ( the drive I am installing it is already free of data).
