Can I recieve help with this new problem that has appeared? (High cpu usage)

Hello,Recently or as of yesterday (January 14th 2025) all of my recent games have doubled in cpu usage, examples being Genshin impact went from 15%~ to 30-35%~ and Fortnite from 30%~ to 80-90% on DirectX 11. I don't know if its a new windows update that has caused it. I attempted updating my bios last night which didn't solve the issue. Plus, I had reinstalled Windows with no success.
