Can I please have some help getting rid of incompatible drivers stopping me turning on '' Core Isolation''

I have been researching how to get rid of this ''SaiBus.sys'' drivers, ive tried evertying ive seen from using cmd powershell and autroruns but hasnt done anything. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.I have the Saitek x-55 rhino stick and throttle hotas and thats what the drivers are from i think but i tried getting rid of them but nothing has worked
