Can I move files from User to PC?

I have a new HP All-n-one with Windows 11. It seems that there is stuff scattered all over the place instead of one are. Is it possible to do away with the user profiles and just have everything placed on the C drive (main drive with OS)? If it is possible, do you recommend it?TIA,Stephanie
