can I make sure Howxbox game bar reccords my in ga ptt mic audio without recording my mic while it's not in useme

I want to reccord the in game mic audio from gta5 roleplay without recording idle mic at the same time. For example I can hear people talking through discord in the recording even while im not speaking. I 2amt to be able to use xbox game bar to just reccord the in game push to talk how can I do this
