Can I install Windows 11 Pro instead of Home?

I recently did a clean install of Windows 11 on a new hard drive. I was planning to use this as the free upgrade from Windows 10. Unfortunately I installed Windows 11 Home, but my digital license is for Windows 10 Pro. So my current version will not activate because it is a different edition. Is there a way to do this without wiping everything again? I cannot simply upgrade through the store because the version I'm running is non-genuine.
