Can I Install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware?

I'm trying to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, but I'm having some trouble. Specifically, my computer doesn't meet the official Windows 11 system requirements, such as processor and security requirements. I'd like to understand if it's possible to bypass these restrictions in some way and successfully install Windows 11.
