Can I get help from a human please

I cannot get through to someone about an unauthorized charge. I have a business account through my employer but somehow I am getting charged for MICROSOFT 1507 EDI PAYMENT PPD and there is an ID afterwards. I don't have a personal Microsoft account. I need to speak to a HUMAN representative, but cannot find how to locate someone.
