Can I fix this update issue?

[Windows 10]

My laptop can't find my VPN, my audio devices (internal or external), or my restoration point. All my downloads and extensions need to be reinstalled at each restart. My docs, photos, music, etc. are gone except for those on OneDrive. This all started on 3/18/25, and there was a Windows 10 update (KB5050593) on 3/17/25. I tried to uninstall it, but it required a restart. During the restart, it re-installed the update. (And removed the downlaod, VPN, & extensions that I re-installed.)Is there anything I can do myself, or do I need a pro to fix it? (Husband tells me to just give up & get
