can I do anything about this, or am I just screwed by the ''security protocols''

Hello, so my original microsoft account got hacked, the very account I had since I was a child, I immediately contacted the support, they escalated my ticket and after 4 days I got a response that basically said ''yeah u got hacked we see the proof, we suspended the account cant do nothing else due to the security protocols in place'' Í bought minecraft on that account, cant get that to be refunded or anything either, again they literally acknowledged the account was hacked, like I think that's the least I could get, is there any way to get the account back or am I just cooked ? also I'm still
